What does the column "Potential" mean? How is it calculated, what is it based upon?

The Potential value is calculated using Current Ranking, Monthly Searches, and Top 1-10 Competition. A keyword, where ranking is already high, where there are lots of searches and where the Top 1-10 Competition is low, equals very high potential.

What does the column "Estimated Monthly Visitors" mean?

When I use the SEMRush option in TrafficAnalysis it tells me I have reached my limit which as I understand is 1000 keywords. As far as I can tell I have not used 1000 keywords.
