Is SEMRush simply guessing about the keywords driving traffic to the website (and not visible in Google Analytics) or is it working on actual Google Analytics or other data?

When I use the SEMRush option in TrafficAnalysis, I am only seeing one keyword in TrafficAnalysis for my domain.

When I use the SEMRush option in TrafficAnalysis it tells me I have reached my limit which as I understand is 1000 keywords. As far as I can tell I have not used 1000 keywords.
